Founder and CEO
Chris Brown is the Founder and CEO of Sevenfold Performance, a high-performance expert with a proven track record of rapidly transforming teams in high-stakes environments across the globe. A two-time Olympic Coach and Former World Series Rugby Coach of the Year, he propelled the USA Women's Rugby team to a historic #1 world ranking in under 12 months, and his leadership resulted in multiple World Series tournament victories and Olympic qualification for both the USA Men's and Women's teams.

Originally from New Zealand, Chris has spent his career elevating teams across the globe. Since leaving Team USA, he has served as a High Performance Consultant and strategic advisor to national teams, including guiding the Kenyan Men's Rugby Team to Olympic qualification and their successful return to the World Rugby Sevens Series. Chris now partners with leaders and organizations worldwide to develop customized solutions. He applies the principles of The Target Gold Program—his signature methodology—to guide the development of a winning culture that drives positive, measurable results for leaders and teams in both business and sport.
